He began his professional journey as a FIFA Agent, working closely with top-level athletes and clubs. He later expanded his expertise to include strategic consulting for international businesses.
Throughout his career, Luca has held prominent roles in agencies and companies within the sports and language industries. He has cultivated strategic relationships and delivered innovative solutions for clients in the luxury, fashion, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and sports sectors. He has worked in global contexts, with a focus on exploring emerging markets and establishing technological and commercial partnerships.
Since 2024, Luca has been working as Customer Excellence Manager at Creative Words. In this position, he designs and implements effective business strategies for clients in the luxury, fashion, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and sports sectors. His work is especially focused on the integration of generative AI into content creation and localization processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
Outside work, Luca embraces his love for travel and passion for an active lifestyle. He enjoys a variety of sports, including football, surfing, hiking, mountain biking, running, and climbing, all of which allow him to connect deeply with nature. For Luca, nature is not only a place for adventures but also a source of spirituality and inspiration. A strong advocate for sustainability, he holds a deep respect for the environment and is committed to promoting values that support its protection.
